How to check, if a blog do follow or no follow

I know how a blog do follow is to see the source code on the blog. See the post on a page that already contains the comment, not on the main page. The goal, of course, if the comments are given in the backlink or not. If using FireFox, friends can 'right click' on the body of a blog, select the View Page Source. Then browse to find and hold down the URL address location code granting comment. If written as follows, then the Do Follow Blog:

name-giver-comment

And if you like the blog Do not Follow:

href='URL-giver-comment' rel='nofollow'> the name-giver-comment

Giving by Backlink Do Follow blog, only if granting comment as identity address / Blog URL (see image below. However, if the grantor to provide comment with your blog comment, anonymous or not he can backlink
